TR Miller is seeking motivated college students to join our
8-week Summer 2027 Business Operations Internship Program
. This internship is designed to give students meaningful, real-world experience while developing professional skills and learning how different areas of a growing company work together.
Interns will be placed in a home department based on their interests and business needs, with opportunities in
Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Finance, and Customer Service
. Throughout the summer, interns will gain hands-on experience within their department while also learning from other areas of the company.
Summer 2027 Internship Details
Pay:
$18.00–$20.00/hourly
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Program Length:
8 weeks

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in a college or university program
Interested in gaining hands-on business experience
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
Open to feedback, coaching, and learning from a mentor
Interested in
Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Finance, and/or Customer Service
