To support the implementation and optimization of Epic System applications, the full-time Epic Application Analyst will perform troubleshooting, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure integration of systems while working remotely with a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving for technical, interface, and application-level issues Collaborate with Epic technical support teams and vendors to address complex technical challenges Design, build, install, modify, and test application software to optimize operational processes Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of relevant IT experience in healthcare, or Associate's Degree and 3+ years of relevant IT experience in healthcare, or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field with relevant IT experience Epic Certification, Proficiency, or Accreditation preferred Experience with Healthcare Applications or electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is required
