Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Approves and monitors the technical support workflow for a diverse range of hardware and software platforms.Coordinate the resolution of escalated technical issues involving network connectivity and enterprise applications.Authorize the distribution of IT assets and the maintenance of detailed equipment inventories for organizational accountability.Oversee the day-to-day operation of Information Technology and Security Groups within a regional distribution framework.Coordinate technical assistance for forward-deployed personnel to ensure the continuous availability of critical mission systems.Validate the setup and maintenance of secure IT infrastructure required for large-scale military exercises in the Pacific.Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience.
