Painter Helper

Pay Rate: $15.40/hr

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Clean and prepare machined castings for painting.
• Apply required coatings according to specifications and quality standards.
• Safely lift parts weighing over 50 lbs., with assistance when needed.
• Stand, bend, squat, and work from ladders for extended periods.
• Read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Read small print with or without corrective lenses.
• Learn and safely operate machine shop equipment, including forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Work overtime as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
