Cencora seeks a Pharmacy Business Consultant to support Good Neighbor Pharmacy's network of independent pharmacies. The role involves providing expert business guidance, managing client relationships, conducting operational analysis, and traveling up to 75% within assigned territories to drive pharmacy profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert instruction and consultation on independent pharmacy operations and business strategies
• Develop and maintain productive client relationships focused on profitability and strategic objectives
• Assess pharmacy operational needs and implement targeted solutions with in-store guidance
• Maintain CRM system records and prepare pharmacy data reports for portfolio and analysis
• Travel up to 75% or more within assigned territory for client engagement and industry events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience or directly related progressively responsible experience
• Advanced knowledge of retail pharmacy industry trends and independent pharmacy operations
• Strong business acumen in profit, budgeting, and small business profitability techniques
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence diverse audiences
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building capabilities
