Warehouse Agent - Domestic Outbound - Ellenwood

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Agent - Domestic Outbound to work with a leading logistics company in Ellenwood. This role involves safely processing and shipping freight in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse operations.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Agent - Domestic Outbound

• At least 2 years of recent warehouse, freight, logistics, or distribution experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Ability to read manifests, delivery orders, labels, and work instructions.
• Basic computer and warehouse system skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Agent - Domestic Outbound

• Current forklift certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding, air cargo, transportation, cross-dock, or third-party logistics.
• Experience handling palletized or floor-loaded freight.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong sense of urgency.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment and follow procedures accurately.
• Team-oriented and willing to support cross-training and other warehouse assignments as required.

• Load, unload, move, stage, and put away freight.
• Verify piece counts and shipping documents.
• Receive, label, weigh, measure, and process cargo.
• Enter shipment information into warehouse systems.
• Complete equipment inspections and maintain safety compliance.
